 Under direction of licensed engineer, assist in designing full structural systems in Chicago, specializing in Type IIIB construction. Develop most efficient structural systems based on input from client and architect, review shop drawings. B.S. in Civil Engineering or related required. Education must have included exposure to structural design including reinforced concrete design, as well using hand calculations and MATLAB.  Education must have included at least one course in each of the following: Experimental Analysis of Structures, Advanced Steel and Composite Structure, and Concrete and Foundation Design.  Please email resume to John Hanna at hannaarchitects@sbcglobal.net or use the form below.
